Ve společnosti Zepris si velmi vážím lidského přístupu k zaměstnancům. Je to věc, kdy zaměstnanec je následně velmi loajální ke společnosti a dává ze sebe společnosti to nejcennější co má a tj. své schopnosti a znalosti, kterými vytváří zisk spolu se společností. Plně zastávám hodnoty společnosti, které má Zepris nastaveny a jsem zde velmi spokojena. Zaměstnavatel ctí zdravý životní styl a poskytuje přísun ovoce, čímž se stará o své zaměstnance. Stejně tak nabízí možnost sportovat s Multisport kartou.

Nemám nic, co by mi vadilo.

Nejvíce jsem byl spokojen s technikou a nástroji. Tím to však končí.

Mezinárodní spolupracovníci, především z Ukrajiny, Rumunska a dalších zemí východní Evropy. Osobně jsem měl tu čest spolupracovat se čtyřmi stavbyvedoucími, z nichž byl jeden jediný odborník na svém místě a férový chlap. Dále téměř neexistují žádné odměny, když tedy pominu pár stokorun.

Lidský přístup k zaměstatncům. Žádný korporát, lze se normálně dohodnout a slovo platí. Stabilní česká firma. Velký benefit je služební auto.

Starší kanceláře, méně benefitů než je dnešní standard. Mě osobně to nevadí, je pro mě důležitejší mi o to s kým pracuji víc než kde.
