jelikož se v podstate téměř vždy podari splnit budget, není zadny vetsi tlak z Nemecka na CZ sefy a ti tim padem prilis nebuzeruji podrizene...
zadne benefity, zbytecne velka podrizenost vetsim statum, sefove jsou tak zahlceni zbytecnym reportingem, ze ztraceji prehled o vlastním deni ve firme (problémy operativy),

Nikdo po nikom nic moc nechce, když uz clovek nastoupi, tak muze byt sebevetsi lempl a vypoved mu proste nedaj. Max nejaka srazka premii a tytyty a to je vse.
Jobs for people with no work experience
Je potřeba se jen domluvit anglicky a zbytek se clovek nauci. Není potřeba 10 let studovat, vse se da naucit v praxi "za pochodu".
