Člověk se zde naučí užitečné věci. Určitě si rozšíříte obzory a naučíte se dost věcí. Některé systémy jsou sice zastaralé, ale některé je docela užitečné umět.
Nerovné podmínky, neférové jednání, velmi staré a nevyhovující zázemí pro zaměstnance, žádná flexibilita, špatné benefity (doslova bych mohl říct že skoro žádné které by se vyrovnali současnému trhu práce). Všechny tyto podmínky nejsou prezentovány na pohovoru, zjistíte to až po nástupu takže to vede k tomu že lidi často dávají výpovědi a členové týmu se rychle střídají což vede k přetížení zaměstnanců kteří tam vydrží déle jak zkušební dobu.
