Historicky se nestalo, že by nebyla vyplacena mzda. Jistota, pokud si člověk plní své pracovní povinnosti. Zajímavá práce, různorodá.

Jednání se zaměstnanci a atmosféra ve firmě.
Informal work atmosphere
Pracovní komunikace je hodně o tykání a to i se zákazníky. Pracovní oblečení i u obchodníků "bez kravat".

Nejvíce si vážím toho, že mám vlastní kancelář a samostatnost, což mi umožňuje pracovat efektivně. Zároveň mi vyhovuje zkrácený úvazek, díky kterému mohu lépe skloubit práci s rodinou. Přátelský kolektiv a vedení.

+ firemní kultura + komunikace a přístup vedení + příjemné pracovní prostředí
Oproti předchozí práci mi chybí flexibilita pracovní doby případně home office.
