Firma vznikla na kvalitním know-how a transparentním jednání se zákazníky a vynikající firemní kulturou.
Před několika roky ovšem prodělala velkou personální obměnu napříč celou organizační strukturou a dovolím si říct, že IBA CZ v roce 2018 nemá nic společného s IBA CZ v roce 2015. Kulturně, kompetenčně, hodnotami.

Kamarádská atmosféra, firemní akce, mladý kolektiv, možnost kariérního růstu.
Neschopný management, protekce, korporativismus, neschopnost získávat nové obchodní příležitosti.

Prístup ku klientom, portfólio služieb, firemná kultúra
Na to, aby som dokázal posúdiť nedostatky niesom v spoločnosti dostatočne dlhý čas. Samozrejme aj tie pozitíva, ktoré vnímam sa dajú stále zlepšovať :)

Velice přátelská pracovní atmosféra, dobré vztahy, efektivní komunikace, příjemné neformální prostředí. Firma si své zaměstnance opravdu váží a dle toho se k nim i chová - otevřeně, slušne, s repektem a hlavně lidsky.

Na IBa CZ nejvíce oceňuji možnost skloubení pracovního a rodinného života - časovou flexibilitu, pružnou pracovní dobu i možnost využívat home office a také velmi neformální a přátelské prostředí.
