Férového chování ke všem stejně.

Slušného jednání, respektu, hledání a aplikace dalších benefitů pro zaměstnance, karierního postupu, naslouchání.
Rychlejší postup zavedení nových postupů. Lepší kominakce mezi jednotlivými odděleními.

Pravidelného příjmu, bez zpoždění výplat. Bonusů, které nám firma nabízí. Možnost neustálého vzdělávání a zízkávání zkušeností. Možnost profesního růstu.
Pracovní podmínky na některých prodejnách, velikost prodejny, zázemí, trochu lepší osobní komfort pro práci.

Stabilita, pravidelnost a na většině pracovních míst profesionalita pracovníků.
Flexibilita ve vztahu k zákazníkům, více pracovníků pro některá pracoviště, pružnější marketing a procesní řízení, není příliš znát, že by firma měla v rámci koncernu tak silnou pozici, jakou by si zasloužila
