- zajímavé projekty z různých oblastí (bytové domy, obchodní centra, nemocnice, skladovací haly, rekonstrukce objektů) - vazba i na realizaci: zpětná vazba pro projektanta - část profesí i v rámci firmy: možnost rychlé konzultace - možnost domluvy na pružné pracovní době, založeno na důvěře
- s vytvořením parkovacích zón v Letňanech a omezeným počtem parkovacích stání je občas složité zaparkovat, pokud člověk přijede vlastním vozem - kanceláře nejsou nejmodernější, nicméně zase se nepracuje ve velkých open space

Zajímavé velké projekty Zázemí velké firmy Možnost konzultací se zkušenějšími kolegy o procesech ve výstavbě
Větší provázanost týmu, potřeboval bych pro svou práci projektové porady. Samostatné úkoly bez nutnosti konzultovat a nechat si schválit o stupínek výše posazeným kolegou. Chodit na jednání s klientem a být u zdroje informací.

Oddělené kanceláře, žádný openspace, akvárium a podobné nesmysly dnešní doby, rozumná pracovní doba, slušné platové ohodnocení, nápadité firemní akce, péče o zaměstnance ukázková

Měl jsem možnost vycestovat a pracovat v několika Německu na pobočkách Obermeyer.
Mzdové ohodnocení bylo i na dobu, kdy rostla ekonomika neadekvátní.
