Prace na ranní směny ber jako plus této firmě. Mínusy, práce jen po dobu kurzu.V praxi to znamenalo to ze jsem měl dohodu na 22 dní v měsíci a zbytek jsem musel řešit ÚP.A tak to bylo každý měsíc. Pendlovani mezi ÙP,sociálním odborem,zdravotním uradem a následně opět zaměstnavatelem.

Určitě upravit přístup ke svým zaměstnancům.
