Slíbeno prodloužení smlouvy.Pár dní před vypršením ledová sprcha a oznámení,že z důvodu obav před dalším uzavíráním kvůli Covidu nelze smlouvu prodloužit.Toto se vědělo určitě dříve,takže včasná informace o neprodloužení by byla dobrá pro hledání nové práce.Takto ze dne na den opravdu super.Až do této chvíle jsem svému nadřízenému plně veřil.

Dlouholetá firemní historie, stabilní zázemí, pořád se snaží vylepšovat svoje služby, jak vůči zákazníkům, tak zaměstnancům. Dobré firemní benefity. Tento zaměstnavatel se snaží vyjít vstříc i například soukromým požadavkům svých zaměstnanců, dá se na něho obrátit, není mu to "jedno". Fluktuace v poměru se stávající situací na trhu minimální.

Z hodnocení předchozích otázek vyplývá, že k ocenění zaměstnavatele Thermotechnika Bohemia,spol. s.r.o. moc bodů není ! Potencionálním zájemcům o práci u tohoto zaměstnavatele bych žádné doporučení nedala. Přesnější obrázek o společnosti si může "pracovní server" udělat z fluktuace zaměstnanců u této firmy
