Práce různorodá, zajímavá, cenné zkušenosti a možnost se učit novému. Vhodné jako start kariéry i pro zkušené, kteří na sobě chtějí stále pracovat. Nevhodné pro lidi, kteří si chtějí odpočinout. Zaměstnavatel je vždy fér, dokáže ocenit obětavost pro firmu. Je možný profesní růst a posunu .
