možnost přijetí bez praxe a zkušeností
Motivace i benefity zaměstnanců jsou žalostné, téměř nulové. Střední management není ideální, lidé bez schopnosti motivovat a vést. Spousta dobrých lidí odchází a i když se firma prezentuje jako TOP poskytovatel, vládne uvnitř neskutečný chaos.

Firma se velmi rychle posouvá a na trhu je nepřehlédnutelným hráčem, díky tomu se mění styl práce z malé rodinné firmy na korporátnější přístup, ale změny jsou pozvolné. Pracoviště je příjemné a kolegové jsou skvělými parťáky. Práci bych doporučila každému, kdo hledá stabilní zázemí.

V této firmě se nebojím říci o pomoc, kolegové ani nadřízený nenechají nikoho ve štychu. Ke každému zaměstnanci se firma chová individuálně, dle potřeb například rodinného charakteru. Jedná se práci, kam chodím s radostí a nedokážu si představit pracovat jinde, než v Edeře
není nic co bych změnila.
