Přetížení zaměstnanců, bez ohledu na osobní volno a víkendy
Complex tasks
Práci nepovažuji za náročnou. Víc práce, než pojme pracovní doba = přetížení lidí, stres, přesčasy, práce doma o víkendu není výjimkou.

Vedení, management - stát ve státě, neprofesionalita, neznalost českého prostředí a specifických podmínek trhu, platných zákonů atd. Totální arogance a pohrdání lidmi, která ústí v neskutečnou fluktuaci lidí - to vše ničí jinak skvělou značku společnosti. Pokud mohu něco doporučit - NEDOPORUČUJI!
