práce má smysl, nejbližší kolegové jsou podobně naladění, udržet standard znamená udržet pracovní místa pro spoustu lidí, spousta chytrých lidí kolem,
otevřená komunikace v personálních otázkách, lepší péče a servis pro zaměstnance, aby neodcházeli, v řadě případů lepší komunikace mezi řídícími pracovníky a oddělením, lepší péče o celkovou atmosféru, pozitivní naladění vedoucích pracovníků, větší respekt k práci druhých, komunikace a vysvětlování problémů, naslouchání poznatků druhých
