Volnost sama o sobě se samostatností jsou hlavní kritéria při téhle práci... Často se jezdí na výlovy,jarní odlovy (pruby),nebo se můžete starat o ryby na sádkách či rybnících... A u těchto činností je dobré aby člověk byl dostatečně samostatný,protože Vám kolikrát nic jiného nezbývá, než si poradit sám.

Každý si pod pojmem příjemné pracovní prostředí může představit něco jiného... Ale za předpokladu že by jste měli zájem nastoupit k rybářům tak je povinností káždého z Vás vědět o čem je řeč. Tzn základy biologie,chemie a hlavně mít dobrý vztah k přirodě. Pokud máte rádi přírodu zde jí máte dostatek a tím pádem jste většinou každý den venku v blízkosti nějakého rybníka,potoka....
