S ničím
Velice špatná komunikace s vedením přímo až arogantní! Jediný z benefitů jsou 2000 Kč flexipasy a to ještě nesmíte marodit! Mistr(mistrová) rozděluje práci tak že svým oblíbencům dá tu nelepší práci a tak je to i s prémiemi čím oblíbenější tím větší peníze! A na práci přesčas na které slibuji 50%navic nedostanete také téměř nic ten co přesčas neudělá má stejné peníze a nebo dokonce o pár stovek víc! A na dotazy proč to tak je nedostanete odpověď a nebo vás arogantně setřou! I když tam pracuji už přes dva roky chci v nejbližší možné době odejít!

bohužel není co bych napsala
aby pro všechny tři směny platily stejné pravidla navýšit počet dnů dovolené zlepšit komunikaci mezi vedením a zaměstnanc
