Spokojená jsem byla s tím, že mě do práce odvezli a neutratila jsem ani Kč a stravenky.

Myslím si,ze v letech 50+ je těžké najít nejakou práci...tak je fajn že rework nabízí práci i pro tyto skupiny lidí.

Zajímavé benefity, příjemní nadřízení
Jobs fit for working parents
Na některých pobočkách je možnost upravit si pracovní dobu podle svých možností. Také firma nabízí možnost třeba brigády nebo zkráceného úvazku.

Zaměstnavatel mi vyšel vstříc pro častých návštěvách lékaře, nadřízený mi také ulehčil práci v těhotenství. Pokud jsem si potřebovala prohodit směnu, nebyl problém.
Jako všude, přesčasy. Ale nebyly pravidelně.

Vždy čestné a nekonfliktní jednání. Osobní přístup. Cokoliv jsem kdykoliv potřeboval např. Volno, daně, personální otázky atd vždy vyšli vstříc.
Centrála je v Brně a někdy určité věci trvali.

Férovost,otevřenost,ochotu vyslechnout zaměstnance
Vždy je co zlepšovat,otázkou ale je,jak to vidí nadřízení a jestli něco zlepšit vůbec chtějí.
