Propracovaný systém benefitů. (dotované stravování, benefit plus, příspěvek na penzijní spoření...) Přátelský kolektiv. Možnost kariérního růstu. Pružná pracovní doba.
Občas horší informovanost zaměstnanců ohledně dění ve firmě. Zahraniční pracovníci často neumí česky či neznají alespoň jiný světový jazyk.

Většina kolegů je férová, schopná a zodpovědná. Oceňuji vedení z Německa, Český zástupce nebyl zvolen dobře.
Část nově příchozích kolegů nejsou schopni ani po začkolení plnit své povinosti. svoji práci nezvládaji. tj. úroveň nově příchozích lidí je nízká.
