Samozrejme existujú určité pravidlá a deadlines , ktoré je potrebné dodržiavať, avšak prácu si rozvrhujete sami. Taktiež je tu možné pracovať podľa a je tu možnosť kedykoľvek prísť s novým nápadom. Veľkou výhodou je aj to, že si svoju prácu a pracovný čas môžete rozvrhnúť sami s istými pravidlami samozrejme. Ale je tu istá flexibilita, ktorú verím ocení veľa ľudí.
Máme skvelý kolektív pomerne mladých a kreatívnych ľudí. Je tu veľa inšpirácie nie je len od mladých ale aj od skúsenejších kolegov s dlhoročnou praxou v odbore.
