neustálé problémy s komunikací - od vedení směrem dolů, mezi týmy, mezi odděleními... nikdo se s nikým nebaví, informace netečou, funguje spíš zákulisní kamarádíčkování, spousta věcí se dělá mimo systém, mimo nastavená pravidla

Je toho mnoho, co by měl tento zaměstnavatel zlepšit. Je nesporné , že i proto je tento zaměstnavatel zatížen neustálým pohybem zaměstnanců. Především v oblasti mezd , by měl výrazně zapracovat.

Poznala jsem nové přátele, se kterými se vídám do teď. V té době mi připadalo, že mám slušný příjem. Jazykový kurz byl také přínosem.

Možnost chodit do práce..
Komunikace, férové jednání, dávání si vědět, rozdělování úkolů, pomlouvání.. šechny tyto a mno dalších nefunguje..
