Cenil jsem si možností růstu v oboru.
Menší fluktuace zaměstnanců a vedoucích zaměstnanců = uchování knowhow, větší odbornosti a kvality. Redukce výrobků a koncentrace na určitý typ výrobků. Zavést vlastní výrobek. Obnova bonusů = hodnocení u všech zaměstnaců ne jen u určité skupiny. Větší investice do nových technologií s budoucností.
