Přijímal zaměstnance i bez praxe, takže šanci měli všichni.
Určitě zvýšit plat, čím by se ustálili zaměstnanci a nedocházelo k častému střídání. Platy jsou na úrovni minimální mzdy. Nedávat přednost agenturním pracovníků,kteří berou 2x více než čeští zaměstnanci. Byla velká rivalita.

Na zaměstnavateli VSP DATA si není čeho vážit, práce je to spíš pro zahraniční pracovníky co si vystačí s 10000kč čistého.
Dát lidem normální plat a ne 10000 z toho se žít nedá.

Kolegové, ranní směna,
Peníze. Plat se nehybe, peníze se zde nepridávají. Jsou pořád na minimu.
