13. plat a to je asi tak vše.
V současnosti jde o zaměstnávání cizinců, kteří jsou zde přes agenturu a jedná se s nimi v rukavičkách. Každou hodinu káva a cigaretka, za což by kmenovému zaměstnanci hrozil vyhazov za porušení pracovní kázně nebo minimálně stržení prémií. Z 12 hodin mnohdy neodpracují ani 8. A co je nejhorší, jsou po 2 na strojích, v době před koronou byli i po 3 na jednom CNC. Vedení chodilo kolem a dělalo jako by nic.
