Příjemná pracovní atmosféra.
Horší organizace práce - jak mezi odděleními tak i vrámci jednotlivích oddělení. Neexistují benefity pro dlouhodobé zaměstnance ( odměna za věrnost firmě ).

Informal work atmosphere
Rodinná firma s třicetiletou tradicí, dnes již vedení dalšího pokolení.Většina managmentu si prošla od začátku zaměstnání, jako dělník, nákupčí, montér, atd. a postupně se vypracovali až na vedoucí pozice, tak,že znají a ví, jak firma funguje. Všichni se znají osobně.
