I když se zamyslím, hned mě nenapadne to že je starostlivý, že bere ohled nebo že mu dlouholetých zaměstnancích záleží. Bohužel mně to mrzí že musím něco takového napsat, ale tak to vnímám.
Zaměstnavatel by se měl podle mně zamyslet jak přistupuje ke svým zaměstnancům jak dlouholetým tak novým. Myslím si, že v tomto by měl zapracovat. Morálka v některých skupinách není zrovna pozitivní a převládá zde nejistota.

Dává prostor mladým kreativním lidem. Spojuje práci se zábavou, boty jsou koníčkem většiny lidí tady.
Mělo by se začít více komunikovat napříč týmy, i mezi nadřízenými. Lépe srovnat podmínky.
