Jedná se o skvělé místo se skvělými lidmi. Vážím si kolektivu, upřímnosti, atmosféry i přístupu ke komunitě.
Interní komunikace by potřebovala určitým způsobem vylepšit.

Nikde předtím jsem se nesetkala s tolika možnosti, rozvoje, sebevzdělání jako ve Footshopu :) Footshop považuji za svou druhou rodinu a jsem ráda, že jsem součástí!
Více dní dovolené + sickdays + odměny, které neustále chybí

Jediné čeho si cením je zaměstnanecká sleva. Jinak jsem nespokojený s přístupem nadřízené...

Čo si paradoxne cením na Footshope, sú jeho nedostatky a priestor na zlepšovanie sa a osobne ma táto práca posunula ďalej ako by som niekedy predpokladal.
Mám pocit, že sa Footshop dlhšiu dobu nezameriaval na vnútorný chod firmy, čo ale tento dotazník momentálne vyvracia a verím, že nás to posunie ďalej.
