Flexibilní pracovní doba. Slušný a lidský přístup. Možnost se prosadit.
Zastaralý interní systém a kostrbaté procesy. Slabý úsek kvality.

Skvele tvurci atmosfery, temer rodinneho druhu, profesionalniho a vstricneho management tymu, prilezitosti k rozvoji a toho, ze pro vedeni firmy vcetne majitelu je pohoda a motivace zamestnancu jednou z nejvyssich priorit.
Zlepsuje se neustale, v souladu s bajecnou vizi. Jako vsechno kvalitni to ale chce svuj cas. Takze mozna jen cas zrychlit? :-)
