The flexibility and trust - I am responsible for the delivery, but I can do my work whenever it suits me. On the other hand is the flexibility quite decreased by the workload.

Na teamových awaydays si zkusíš, jak moc se můžeš na své kolegy spolehnout v jiných než pracovních situacích.

S námi se můžeš potkat na několik pracovních veletrzích v Česku, kde vám práci v PwC rádi blíže představíme a seznámíme se i s vámi.

Po práci nacházíme společné koníčky.

V PwC nás je přes 1700. Společná snídaně je jedna z mnoha příležitostí, jak se seznámit napříč teamy, networkovat a užít si s kolegy chutnou snídani.

Informal work atmosphere

Most of the people are very friendly and always happy to help. Hierarchy is not considered as important as in other companies. Teamwork is crucial.

The people are the best part. The company evets are really great. Our offices are pretty.

Opportunity to use foreign languages

Jen v pražské kanceláři máme v PwC zaměstnance více než 20 různých národností. S klienty komunikujeme jejich jazykem (většinou čeština nebo angličtina) a interní část práce je většinou v anglickém jazyce. Skupina PwC má mnoho kanceláří a zaměstnanců po celém světě a často je potřeba s kolegy z jiných zemí aktivně komunikovat.

Work in an international environment

In Prague office there are employees of more than 20 different nationalities. Communication with clients is in their preferred language (most often Czech or English) and the internal work done is mostly in English. Moreover, the PwC has offices almost everywhere globally - it is often necessary to actively communicate with these offices.

A lot of learnings available, good amount of cafeteria points, great firm events.

Sometimes bad work/life balance, almost no bonuses, not so good salary.

The best part of working for PWC is amount of great people you get a chance to work with, learn from and befriend. I do appreciate friendly environmnet supported by management by various work events and friendly approach and culture which starts with them. I do appreciate all the opportunities for learning and development that PWC offers.

While working at audit it is really tought to maintain a work life balance and personal mental comfort. It is high paced and demanding work every day with almost no breaks, which might be for some people stressing.

Hands down the best thing working at PwC is the fact that I am constantly growing. Almost every day I come to work I am encountered with something new that I need to learn. This, for me, is one of the most important factors when deciding where to work.

The company's salaries policy might be a little outdated by the market standards. Moreover in each team there are different kind of positions such as data scientist, programmers, but also other positions that do not require good IT skill set. The issue is that very skillful programmers are earning the same salary as someone without such a skillset.
