Pracovní podmínky jsou na velice slušné úrovni, zaměstnavatel se chová velmi korektně, ve firmě je čisto a pořádek, je zde možnost hromadného stravování.
Velké mínus vidím pouze v tom, že 90 procent zaměstnaných jsou ženy a tak zde někdy panuje velká nevraživost a závist. Kolektivnímu vyjednávání by možná pomohly odbory.

Zajímavá práce, která mě velmi baví v hezkém prostředí a dobrém kolektivu.
Uvítala bych 25 dní dovolené. Jinak je vše fajn.

Pro maminky na mateřské je to dobré kvůli směnám že vyhoví i třeba jen na ranní směnu ale práce v normách je náročná ne každý to zvládne. Vyhovují i v dovolených a propustkách z práce nebo když je dítě nemocné a vy s nim musíte být doma nebo pro něj jet do školky.
Lepší normy a zvýšení platu.
