Dřevozpracující družstvo je jistota v nejisté době. Peníze na účtu byly vždycky včas, čehož jsem si vždy cenila. Dobrým benefitem je také příspěvek na dopravu a penzijní připojištění.
Absolutně nejhorší je neochota vedení společnosti, která vede k tomu, že v družstvu prakticky nic nefunguje. Nesmíte mít svůj názor, nepoukazovat na chyby, a už vůbec ne si přijít říci o větší peníze. Finance jsou skutečným propadem u této společnosti. Družstvo se opravdu nepředá, a musíte být rádi za to, že něco dostanete.

Posledních pár měsíců před tím co jsem podal výpověď, nám pracoviště, jenž bylo v chátrajícím stavu připravilo na téměř každý den nový problém, díky kterému se jednotvárnost směn téměř vytratila, zvlášť poslední měsíc, když už se tomu nešlo nezasmát.
