V Coca cole jsem nasla nekolik moralnich kolegu, kteri umeli ocenit moji praci a jednali vzdy za lazde situace fer. Pri nastupu jsem si vazila benefitu, ktere nabizi, dnes jsou vsak jiz vice mene bezne u valne vetsiny zamestnavatelu. Libila se mi prezentace produktu a budovani lasky k produktu u zamestnancu.
Jako v asi kazde firme jsem se i zde setkala s naprosto tristni formou karierniho postupu, kdy povysovani byli lidi bez potrebnych znalosti a predispozic. Uprednostnovani byli konformni kyvaci pred temi co se nebali upozornit na chyby v systemu. Opravdu velkym problemem byla spatna komunikace mezi oddelenimi a prace formou: po mne potopa. Neprijemne bylo neustale prijimani cizincu do vysokeho managmentu, kteri ale nerozumi ceskemu trhu, ktery je jedinecny. Nedokazali mu prinest nic noveho, rozbili fungujici system a odesli zase jinam. Problem byl take v obrovske fluktuaci zamestnancu v klicovych oddelenich a tim spojena ztrata know-how. Obcas se stavalo ta na oddeleni dany problem uz vyresit neumel vubec nikdo, protoze vsichni odesli. Mne osobne take vadily skutecne male platy na neustale se rozsirujici objem prace.

Nabizi spoustu odpocinkovych mist, relaxacnich prostoru a prijemnou kantynu s jidelnou.

Protoze Coca cola ma velmi dobre zaskolovaci metody, spoustu treninku a skoleni, kteri novacci oceni.

Stabilita společnosti a spousty super lidí, nadruho sranu postup pouze pro vyvolené, ne na základě výsledků či zkušeností. Raní tleskání jsem do té doby považoval za přežitek amerických filmů :D
Můj osobní názor je, že obchodní zástupci CCHBC jsou fajn lidi, které brzdí nepříliš vhodný výběr přímích nadřízených

Značku,kterou jsem reprezentoval a kterou všichni kolem znali
Vrcholový management bohužel neposlouchal názory ze spodu a dělal a dělá špatná rozhodnutí a když se ukáže ,že to bylo špatné rozhodnutí,tak to neuzná a trvá na tom,že jedině vrcholový management je neomylný
