Nový kolegové mají větší plat než spousta dlouhodobých zaměstnanců.Nevim dle čeho se zde oceňuje,asi dle obličeje.Kolektiv je tu celkem ok.Benefity nic moc,stravenky pouze při odpolední,obědy spíše katastrofa.Soukrome zalezitosti zde nejsou problém,respektují to,ale pouze z důvodu chybějících zaměstnanců.Kdyby se sem hlásilo více lidí,asi by to také tak nebylo.
Vedení,nejsou podmínky pro všechny stejné.Časté shánění věci které potřebujete k práci, špatně zásobují,neradi objednávají. Hloupé výmluvy když něco potřebujete,házení problémů z jednoho na druhého.Odbory jsou zde zbytečně,nelze protlačit nic co páni nahoře nechtějí samy.

Zaměstnává mě pod pracovní smlouvou a nyní máme novou vedoucí,která se maximálně snaží,aby jsme se my zaměstnanci cítili jako lidé a opravdu se o nás stará,věřím,že bude lépe
Určitě se lépe postarat o zaměstnance,kteří pracují venku a všem zaměstnancům přidat minimálně 20Kč na hodinu a postarat se o stravu a nebo zajistit stravenky.Také bych,utužila mezilidské vstahy

Mnoho zajímavých benefitů. Milí kolegové z jiných oddělení.
Byla jsem velmi nespokojená s jedovatými a toxickými kolegyněmi ve své kanceláři.
