Spousta benefitů, výborní kolegové výborné obědy a kantýna příjemné a čisté prostředí bezpečnost lidí na prvním místě
nadřízený v zahraničí - složitá komunikace
Opportunity to use foreign languages
Jde o mezinárodní společnost, kde meetingy, reporty, emaily jsou v anglickém jazyce a hodně vedoucích pracovníků je ze zahraničí.

V KC jsou vždy o krok tvrdší než by museli, v bezpečnosti je na vše procedůra i na stříhání nůžkama . Zahlcují lidi zbytečnými papíry, nejdůležitější odškrtnutá nic neříkající položka.
Výplata chodí pravidelně, dobré benefity, super kantýna
Security and stability
Firma dbá o bezpečnost svých zaměstnanců. Pokud zaměstnanec dodržuje všechna pravidla a povinnosti nemá se zaměstnavatelem problém. Z mého pohledu je problém nepřetržitý provoz s 12-ti hodinovou pracovní dobou bez celozávodní dovolené, vybírá každý individuálně po dohodě se svými kolegy.

Jistota a zázemí, výplata vždy včas, sociální a zdravotní vždy zaplaceno, příspěvek na důchodové pojištění.
Dril, vše jen podle pravidel, názor vedení je vždy jediný možný, nedostatek pracovníků, řešení problémů jen po schválení vedením, 12hodinová pracovní doba, firma má vždy přednost před osobním životem, informace vedení nejsou vždy pravdivé nebo úplné

Pracovni prostredi a vybaveni Moznost vzdelavani Moznost zdokonalovani anglictiny Mnozstvi benefitu
Prestup na jinou pozici v jinem oddeleni neni mnohdy umoznena, i ja mam tuto zkusenost!

Vyhovuje mi 12 hodinová pracovní směna. Díky tomu mám více volného času.
Nízké ohodnocení práce. A už vůbec žádné ohodnocení práce nad rámec povinností.
