Informal work atmosphere
Tedy samozřejmě v rámci daného ostrova kde hodláte působit. tím ostrovem myslím vaše oddělení, odbor, pracovní skupinu ... meziodborová jednání či jednání s politickými šaržemi probíhají obvykle už o něco formálněji.
Opportunity to work during studies
Zaměstnavatel studium u zaměstnanců podporuje a snaží se vycházet vstříc, aby bylo vedle práce umožněno. Je to ale o konkrétních lidech a vedoucích, nevylučuji tedy ani možnost, že se najdou v přesložité hierarchii vedení této instituce lidé, kteří vstřícný přístup ke studujícím podřízením neuplatňují. Osobně však mám v tomto směru zkušenost výhradně jen velmi dobrou.

Nezaměstnávat pouze rodinné příslušníky a neupřednostňovat je před ostatními, když i ti ostatní o práci velice stojí. Jednat s uchazeči upřímně.
