Férovost, spravedlivé ohodnocení, zájem o lidi, ochota řešit pracovní i osobní věci zaměstnanců, neustálá ochota zlepšovat pracovní podmínky a to vše v rámci možností malé firmy, která se snaží zaměstnávat především lidi se zdravotním postižením. Filozofii firmy je zaměstnávat především lidi s nějakým handicapem.
"Bohužel", ze své zkušenosti nemohu říci žádné a to podotýkám žádné negativní zkušenosti.

Vedení společnosti je velmi vstřícné k uzpůsobení pracovní doby. Lze pracovat na zkrácený úvazek nebo formou brigády
