Pochopitelně záleží na jaký úsek,oddělení a v jakém pracovním zařazení.člověk nastoupí. Náročné úkoly může řešit i uklízečka,nebo skladník,ale nejde ani tak o náročnost fyzickou,jako hlavně myšlenkovou,duševní.Zde se jedná především o náročnost plnit technické (elektrotechnické) úkoly v nějakém časovém horizontu,kdy i zdánlivě banální chyba může způsobit závadu-kolaps transformátoru za několik miliónů.Být technicky zdatný,umět číst výkresovou dokumentaci.Což pochopitelně padá např. u jeřábníka,nebo již zmíněného skladníka,kde je náročnost,spíše ta administrativní a fyzická,jelikož se prostě nezastaví. :)
