Když chce něco člověk zařídit občas to déle trvá. Spolupracovníky musím často nutit k výkonu. Představoval bych si vyšší plat.

Firemna kultúra, ľudia sa k sebe správajú slušne. Vstávam do práce s radosťou a v práci je často aj okrem pracovných povinnosti aj zábava. Ako som však už počul, nie je ABB ako ABB a preto musím vyzdvihnúť pobočku v Brne na Slatine. Vedeniu tejto fabriky záleží na tom, aby ľudia maly pocit istoty a urcitej pohody.

Asi to, že firma má vlastnú jedáleň a preto nevydáva stravenky. Nie každému vyhovuje jedlo v tejto jedálni a nechodia tam.
