Stravenky v hodnotě 110, si kupujeme za korunu, to je bezva. Jsme si svym pánem. Prace je pohodová. A mame zodpovědnost za svoji kasu.
Jelikož naše pobocka končí kvůli koronavirovym restrikcím,tak bych zmenila způsob sazeni na pobockach,mozna bych dala nějaké benefity pro sazkare,aby se přitáhli noví lidé.

Čistě prostřední, možnost výměny směn, pokyny vám chodí emailem které si plníte v průběhu pracovní směny dle Vašeho uvážení. Nikdo Vám nestoji za zády.
Špatná komunikace s vedením. Vedení by si mělo vyzkoušet práci za přepážkou. Někde pokyny jsou nesmyslné nereálné. Nechápou jak to chodí v provozu.

Dokud jsem byla svobodná a bez dětí, tak bych neměnila, pak už to bylo náročnější.Přesto vzpomínám v dobrém.
Nebyla jsem spokojená s dlouhou pracovní dobou o víkendech, podle zkušeností z provozu, by stačila podstatně kratší.
Non-stressful work
Nemáte šéfa za zády, samozřejmě se musí dodržovat směrnice, ale když to není akutní, tak je jedno, jestli to bude hned nebo později.

Většinou smlouva na dobu neurčitou, pravidelný příjem v daný den.
