Cením práci s velmi moderní technikou, lidský přístup ze strany vedoucího, se kterým se dá vždy domluvit. Je to kusová výroba, žádná sériovka u pásu.
Větší porce v jídelně a víc automatů na jídlo. Ocenil bych možnost využívat multisport kartu.

Fermat dává lidem příležitost někam se posunout a mají zajem. Firma je plná specialistů na ktere v jiných strojirenskych firmách jen tak nenarazíte.
Komunikace napříč firmou a jejich spolupráce. Necítím, že bychom měli vsichni stejny cíl
