Nadřazenost a arogance nadřízených ,neférové a sprosté chování. Více práce stejné peníze. Falešní kolegové. Nečekejte pomoc v ničem.

Přístup k moderním technologiím, na které jinde jen tak nenarazíte.
Není problém naplánovat obrovské projekty a dostat na ně velké peníze, ale s malými nákupy vybavení jak pro zaměstnance, tak pro běžný provoz firmy strašný problém a byrokracie. Minimální zaměstnanecké benefity (Výjimkou jsou příspěvek na penzijní připojištění a nově Multisport). Namísto stravenek bohužel dotovaná menza VŠB.

Příspěvek na penzijní spoření, stravování v menze, možnost parkování v areálu zaměstnavatele, to je asi tak všechno.
Neplnění dřívějších slibů ze strany zaměstnavatele, permanentní tlak na zvýšení výkonu zaměstnanců bez odpovídajícího zvýšení mzdy.
