Otevřený přístup k nováčkům. Možnost naučit se novým věcem.
Vztah vedení k zaměstnancům. Za tři roky práce se extrémně zhoršila komunikace mezi jednotlivými úrovněmi společnosti. Z firma, kde byla takřka rodinná atmosféra a nic nebyl problém, se stává firma, která zaměstnance vytěžuje a zahodí a místo naslouchání kritice a reflexi slyšeného, tvrdí, všechno je v pořádku, protože jsme to řekli. Nové moto, love for software, respect for people je pravým opakem současné firemní kultury.

Oceňuju skutečný individuální přístup. Všude se o tom mluví, tady jsem to poprvé zažil. Měním kariéru a firma mi vyšla vstříc. Domluvili jsme se na mém postupu, a jak bude změna probíhat, včetně vzdělávání a práce, kterou mezitím budu odvádět. Takhle zní win win :) S každým se tu pracuje podle jeho vlastní cesty a cíle, kterého chce dosáhnout.
Nové kanceláře už přestávají stačit kapacitou :D

priestor na štúdium možnosť rozvoja férovosť celkový prístup k zamestnancom (nie ste pre nich len "číslo" ale venujú sa vám každému a máte tam svoje slovo) otvorenosť vlastným nápadom

epptec se snaží vyjít vstříc i studentům, to vidím jako jedno velké plus. Je tu skvělý kolektiv, atmosféra a jsou tu zajímavé vzdělávací programy. Díky všem pracovním podmínkám chodím do práce moc ráda.

Rychlé a efektivní řízení projektů bez zbytečné byrokracie. Férový přístup v reálném business prostředí. Podpora vzdělávání a rozvoje. Příležitost poskytnutá i lidem bez skvělé praxe - dávají šanci chytrým a aktivním lidem, když zamakají.
