Firemní kultury, rychlosti spolupráce a charakteru lidí v bývalém vedení
Nabírání nových zaměstnanců dostatečně dopředu tak, aby bylo možné předat jim práci v rámci adaptační doby. Pokud odcházející zaměstnanec opustí svou pozici ještě před nástupem nového, je velmi těžké pro nováčka zorientovat se v požadavcích, odpovědnosti a možnostech komunikace napříč organizací.
