solidní, slušný a férový přístup, výplata přesně v termínu, závodní jídelna k dispozici
Výuka angličtiny mohla být o něco intenzivnější vzhledem k tomu, že je požadována intenzivní spolupráce s cizinci.

Možnost domluvit se se zaměstnavatelem na začátku a konci pracovní doby, např. při dojíždění nebo odvedení/vyzvedávání dětí do/ze školky či školy.

Neschopnost přejít od socialismu ke kapitalismu. Nerovné ohodnocení a pracovní podmínky pro zahraniční a české zaměstnance.

Work in an international environment
V Biologickém centru AV ČR, se setkává mnoho pracovníků jiných národností. Je to možnost k posílení komunikace.
Varied work
Rozmanitá práce v BC je především dána velikostí centra. Veliké centrum rovná se veliká škála pracovních příležitostí. Je zde možnost od brigády, praxe, práce na recepci, vychovatelky, personální úsek, management až po vědce. Opravdu hodně veliký výběr.
