Akademické pracoviště s výborným kolektivem kolegů, dobré vybavení pro práci, možnost cestovat.
Vzhledem k formě institute jdou některé věci pomalu, inovování v postupech je pomalejší než v soukromých firmách.

Volnost pracovní doby, mladý kolektiv
Mladí věděčtí pracovníci, kteří prakticky dělají tu nejšpinavější nejstěžejnější práci pro výzkum na Ústavu, by si mohli zasloužit větší úctu a pochopení od ostatních pracovníků a vedení. Většina mladých vědců, včetně mé maličkosti, je velice frustrována pocitem podřadnosti a to i přes vyšší kvalifikovanost a vydělání, než pracovníci jiných odvětví či starší pracovníci. Vyjádření podpory by také nebylo naškodu.
