Some very dedicated and smart people work in the company. If lucky, you can work on an interesting project.
Many things very presented in a different light to what was experienced. The company does not have very feedback forward culture. The appearance is more important to the managers than the state of it sometimes.

Výborný kolektiv, příjemné pracovní prostředí, seberealizace a možnost růstu v rámci firmy, benefity (3 sick days, multisport, možnost home office, kurzy angličtiny), plochá firemní struktura, flexibilní pracovní doba, spolupráce založená na důvěře.
Kvůli možnosti home office jsem některé kolegy ještě nepotkala, ale to k tomu asi patří.

I am very proud to say I am part of the OAK'S LAB team. The company culture (clubs, friday pizza, happy hour, workshops, off-site working trips by the beach, etc.) and the friendly atmosphere during working hours makes working at OAK'S a pleasure. There is an incredible drive for growth but the hustle goes hand in hand with a lot of fun!
As an employee i feel that issues are transparently addressed and tackled. For example a feedback workshop has been taking place.
