Pro práci řidiče není potřeba pracovních zkušeností, samozřejmě to není nejvhodnější práce pro řidiče nováčky nebo ty co se řízení boji. Stačí ale být ohleduplný a zodpovědný řidič, který myslí na pohodlí svých cestujících. Samozřejmě je to velká zodpovědnost kdy nezodpovídáte pouze za svůj život ale hlavně za ty ostatní.
