benefity, stravenky, fajn spolupracovníci
absolutní nejistota zaměstnání- nevíte, kdy vás vyhodí z důvodu, že je málo zakázek, neustálé nastavování smluv na dobu určitou- díky dohodě s odbory (které jsou spíše proti lidem), velmi špatné chování nadřízených k lidem - jste pro ně jen "kus"
