Je možné nahlédnout do téměř všech fází projektu.
Zbytečné konflikty mezi některými odděleními. Snaha některých manažerů neustále dehonestovat práci ostatních.

Fajn benefity
Na tak malou firmu velmi korporátní atmosféra a starší kolektiv. Projekty nejsou příliš záživné. Skoro žádná zpětná vazba, pokud si o ni člověk neřekne.

Protože nabídka benefitů je opravdu pestrá.
Security and stability
Protože prostředí není moc flexibilní a inovativní, procesy jsou zastaralé a ve firmě často zůstávají lidi, kterým mají to svoje jisté a už se jim nechce učit nic moc nového.
