Prace jako takova byla dobra a stejne tak i kolegove, se kterymi jsme byli schopni si vzajemne pomahat.
Vedeni strasne. Naschvaly, podeceňování a neschopnost resit cokoliv se zamestnanci - to bylo na dennim poradku. Neskutecne nadrzovani - jeden dostal pokutu, u druheho to bylo prehlizeno. Korektní jednani zde necekejte.

Plně hrazené 80Kč stravenky. Naučlii mě, že nemám věřit všemu, co vidím a slyším. Byl to tu šok pro mě.
Nedostatečné zaškolení, špatná komunikaci, nepředávání si informací.

Firma s dlouholetou tradicí, která se mimo jiné zabývá chráněným trhem práce. Filipa s.r.o. sídlí v Lázních Bělohrad, ale má své pobočky chráněných dílen rozmístěných po celé republice.
No overtime
Zaměstnanci v chráněných dílnách pracují na zkrácený úvazek na 20 hodin týdně. Jelikož se jedná o lidi, kteří pobírají ID a mají různá zdravotní omezení není potřeba po nich vyžadovat práci přes čas.
Jobs for people with no work experience
V chráněných dílnách jsou zaměstnáváni poživatelé invalidního důchodu. Jedná se o jednoduchou montáž různých výrobků, na kterou se brzy zaučí. Po zaučení je možnost dostat se na jiný, sofistikovaný projekt. Na naší pobočce jsou vedoucí směn, které jsou taktéž v ID a prošly všemi projekty.
