vysoká fluktuace lidí, mzda, stravenkový paušál, vysoké nároky na výkon, tahání se z těžkými břemeny, práce v hlučnější hale a prachu v mírném měřítku.

Ochota kolegu a i plat je slušný. Stravenky za 100 přijdou vhod.
Firemní heslo: "záleží nám na lidech" tady vážně nefunguje, ba naopak. Absolutní arogance ze strany managementu. Všechny problémy se schovávají za to, že se jedná o startup. Výrobní proces nefunguje tak jak má, místo toho se řeší malichernosti. Velmi "motivující" prostředí když víte půl roku dopředu, že ani letos nebudou prémie.

Vždy včas příjde výplata, zajímavá práce,kde je pořád se co učit a do budoucna vize dalšího vývoje,tudíž mít stále zaměstnání.
Komunikace mezi základnou v Americe a naší pobočkou v Ostravě, dodávky materiálu z Ameriky, odbornost vedoucího pracovníka.
