Finance, platí opravdu velmi dobře. Což je jeden z mála benefitů, který bohužel nekompenzuje ostatní negativa.
Chtějí společnost posouvat dopředu, ale nedovolují dělat změny, protože jsou v řadách zaměstnanců příliš silné osobní vazby. Tím pádem je možnost posouvat společnost velmi omezená.
